degas diversity day?

Not!  Yesterday I went to my 'if you're going to practice sketching would you like to sketch a degas' class.  I have done these particular images before.  I return to them on occasion to see if I can do them better.  In the top image you will notice that I have added a little something else besides a single figure of a ballerina - something I haven't done in quite a while.  The whole experience was refreshing and sweet . . . just like coffee and chocolate.

Hello again dear friend. I love coming to visit to see all the wonderful work you have accomplished. I like the idea of the chocolate with my coffee but decided just to substitue coffee for hot cocoa in the evening. Have a great day.

Nyra - Thank you for your comment on my sketch on black. So happy to see YOUR black and white images. These drawings are fabulous. I especially like the spaces between the dancers on the top drawing. Sometimes I'm just really happy to get away from color for a while. It's so complex. Really nice work!
